Strain Resistance Testing Results
TracSil is designed to endure rigorous usage without noticeable loss of quality, reliably performing through over 10,000 strain cycles.
During durability testing, TracSil was subjected to 0% to 30% strain continuously at a 1-second interval for 10,000 trials, which exceeds the typical strain experienced by the human body, up to 15%.
Furthermore, the following graph demonstrates that even when TracSil is stretched at a rate of 500mm per minute (approximately 8.3mm per second), it continues to maintain reliable impedance.
Based on these comprehensive test results, we anticipate that TracSil sensors can withstand over 100,000 cycles in real-world usage scenarios.
How TracSil Sensor works
The flexible and elastic conductive sensor instantly measures posture whenever the user bends a joint. Made from conductive silicone material, the sensor uses electricity to accurately detect movements and automatically counts exercise repetitions.
How the AI works
After collecting human motion data with TracSil, the collected data will be input into Wave's AI system. This will then be analyzed to provide insights into various movement patterns.
The AI system can recognize specific movements associated with certain activities or sports. This can be useful in sports performance analysis, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. It can also detect anomalies in the motion data, which can indicate potential injuries or imbalances and help in the early prevention of injuries.
